"Bob came to check out my furnace which was not blowing heat. The last person to service it had pressured me to buy a new one so I was almost certain that Bob was going to reiterate that view. However, Bob diagnosed the problem to be a simple broken igniter and he replaced it within few minutes. He indicated that everything else was great with my furnace and I should not expect to replace it for a while longer. I had messed up the appointment so Bob go to my house and had to wait 20-minutes before I did for which I offered to pay him for the wait time, but he declined by stating that the fix had taken far less than hour so there was no need for me to pay extra. I have not felt this great about a technician. If you need someone to work on your furnace or AC, I recommend that you talk to Bob first."

He brought materials to keep the area dry and cleaned up after the work was completed. Regular updates from Seatown regarding timing of the service call."

"First appointment was a week out(Friday) from original call which was ok since furnace was still running. Reggie arrived within the specified window calling ahead to verify that arrival time was ok. I showd him to the furnace and had him listen to the sound on a video I had made. He agreed that the fan motor was going bad. He called the parts warehouse and ordered the part. Told me it would be at his office on Monday. Made repair appointment for Wednesday. Gave me estimate of repair and got my OK. Arrived on Wednesday and completed repair in half an hour. Tested. AOK. Reggie put on "booties" on both visits to avoid bringing in dirt/wet. Everything was explained clearly. Cost was as provided on first visit. Very satisfied with the whole experience."

The cheaper AC unit that came with the house had major coil leaks and needed to be replaced which he did a few days later when he returned with new upgraded York AC unit. Great experience with this company and highly recommend. Especially happy with the speed of service and repair since other companies were telling me it would be 2 to 3 weeks just to come out to diag.
