Last week I had difficulty turning on the AC for the first time since last summer. I urgently called David on a Sunday. He immediately dove in to get me scheduled. Sebastian called me before making an on-site visit. Patiently walked me through a simple troubleshoot and shazaam! I turned right on. A+++ to both of them."

"Bob came to check out my furnace which was not blowing heat. The last person to service it had pressured me to buy a new one so I was almost certain that Bob was going to reiterate that view. However, Bob diagnosed the problem to be a simple broken igniter and he replaced it within few minutes. He indicated that everything else was great with my furnace and I should not expect to replace it for a while longer. I had messed up the appointment so Bob go to my house and had to wait 20-minutes before I did for which I offered to pay him for the wait time, but he declined by stating that the fix had taken far less than hour so there was no need for me to pay extra. I have not felt this great about a technician. If you need someone to work on your furnace or AC, I recommend that you talk to Bob first."

Other businesses couldn't get anyone out to repair and replace it for 2-3 weeks. Ranger had it replaced on Monday for us. This week our electronic air filter quit working. Again we had a quick response with a simple fix at no charge. All of our questions were answered fully and information given about the latest models but with no pressure to buy. Customer service, pricing, timeliness, thoroughness, and friendliness were top notch. Contacted them initially for an inspection of our 28-year old furnace. The technician Frej was prompt, thorough, and courteous, explaining in detail the issues we might face with this still working but old units. Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Lori took diligent care in listening to our concerns and hopes for a new system, recommending systems that might work for our household. She was always available for follow-up questions, providing answers that really helped us decide on getting a new system (Trane XC80 furnace with air scrubber) via Greenwood H+A. Prices were fair, on par with expectations and quotes from other businesses. On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. Would definitely recommend them for similar job, including for custom requirements as was our case with the roof. Thanks!"
