"Bob came to check out my furnace which was not blowing heat. The last person to service it had pressured me to buy a new one so I was almost certain that Bob was going to reiterate that view. However, Bob diagnosed the problem to be a simple broken igniter and he replaced it within few minutes. He indicated that everything else was great with my furnace and I should not expect to replace it for a while longer. I had messed up the appointment so Bob go to my house and had to wait 20-minutes before I did for which I offered to pay him for the wait time, but he declined by stating that the fix had taken far less than hour so there was no need for me to pay extra. I have not felt this great about a technician. If you need someone to work on your furnace or AC, I recommend that you talk to Bob first."

Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Prices were fair, on par with expectations and quotes from other businesses. On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. "We were very pleased with the quick response, detailed information, professional and courteous staff at all levels. Our old furnace died in November on a Friday. Other businesses couldn't get anyone out to repair and replace it for 2-3 weeks. Ranger had it replaced on Monday for us. This week our electronic air filter quit working. Again we had a quick response with a simple fix at no charge. All of our questions were answered fully and information given about the latest models but with no pressure to buy. We will absolutely use Ranger again and refer our friends and family to them."

I scheduled a tune for my heat pump, Allred was thorough and quick in setting the appointment, and communication of status and pending arrival time was on point. Raphael arrived, walked me through the maintenance steps he planned to take and the sequencing of the job, gave me an anticipated time to complete, and was at work immediately. All stated deliverables were met, and he provided a thorough after service report complete with pictures to show the work that was done and the recommended additional maintenance that would be wise to do to extend the life of our equipment. He was courteous, pleasant, clean and well-spoken, and I felt completely comfortable with him working in our home.
