"The service was great! Mike and Dillon helped me and both of them were really nice and professional. Highly recommend it! Mike who came first checked the situation. My situation was pretty challenging - we need to find a hidden valve behind the drywall ceiling and turn it on to fuel our gas fireplace. Mike evaluated the situation and called their gas technician expert Dillon. About an hour later, Dillon came and examined the fireplace piping, traced the pipes, made a good estimate on the piping and where the valve could be, then opened the drywall ceiling, found the valve, and turned it on for us. This may sound smooth and easy but it puzzled me for weeks. Dillon not only solved this problem for us but checked fireplace wiring for us and made sure no leak in any of the gas pipes in the house before leaving. Dillon was a real expert and was really professional. Definitely recommended!"

"Recently my older home experienced serious plumbing issues as tree roots had clogged and broken the clay pipes. South West Plumbing was recommended as they have a variety of equipment to address any job, plus their plumbers are top-notch. Dave & Thorne arrived right on time and took care to protect my floors before getting to work. After assessing the situation Dave explained my options thoroughly and stepped me through what he was going to do. The magnitude of the job was huge, as it required replacing the old broken clay pipes and installing a clean-out as my home did not have one. To reach the damaged pipes they had to remove most of the pavers on my front porch and then dig a 6’ hole. Once the new pipe was installed, Rick from South West Plumbing came to inspect the work and he also ran a camera down the line to insure it was done right. They had Junior from South West Plumbing come to run a Hydro Jet through the pipes, which flushed out any remaining roots and washed everything. After the work was inspected and approved by the City of Kirkland, Dave filled in the hole and carefully put my front porch back together, including expertly relaying all the pavers so the porch looks as good as it did before. This job entailed working outside in cold wet Seattle weather for 3 days. (The first day they worked from 9am until 9pm to insure I had running water again before they left.) I was impressed by their professionalism and expertise plus they provide a life-time guarantee for their work. But I also want to thank them for their kindness, as they understood how upsetting the situation was for me and took care to provide reassurance that the issue would be fixed without any additional damage to my home during the process. One other thing that really impressed me was how proud they are to represent South West Plumbing and how they feel it is a great company to work for. "Very happy with everything. The entire crew was responsive and they left the house and yard very clean. The work was scheduled and done quickly. The guys actually found issues with some of the duct work not being sealed properly so they addressed this when putting in the new furnace as well as a leak in the gas valve. I'll continue to work with these guys to service the furnance and use them again when I need to replace my water heater."

I felt the price was reasonable and pretty close to the price I thought it would cost. The job was done at the agreed upon estimate quote price, no additional cost after the fact. "Our tenants called us at 9 PM the week before Thanksgiving to tell us there was water dripping into the garage. My usual plumbers were all out of town! I called TM Plumbing just to see if the phone number worked so I could call them the next morning. I was surprised when Terry picked up and took the time via multiple text photos to help us narrow down the likely cause over the phone so the tenants wouldn't do anything to cause further water damage. He squeezed us in the next day to more accurately diagnose the problem. Due to scheduling issues with my tenants and Terry needing to coordinate with an assistant, he wasn't able to get the work done until two weeks later. This was fine as the tenants had other bathrooms they could use so it clearly wasn't urgent to them. Terry cut a hole in the garage ceiling to gain access to the pipes. He did a nice, clean job covering the hole with a board so we opted to just leave the board rather than finding someone else to redo the drywall. This way the pipes can be accessed in the future. The tenants are happy. We're very satisfied and would definitely call him again!"

"SAVED ME THOUSANDS! I contacted Precision Energy LLC to re-boot my gas fireplace because my furnace had gone out. I initially called a local, big named company for my furnace repair. They (2 technicians) told me the problem was my computer board and or switch issues that would be $1200 to replace PLUS another $1200 for the computer board. But what I should "REALLY do is buy another furnace for $8000". They ordered the parts (which would take 2 weeks in the middle of winter). In the interim I focused on getting the gas fireplace working again to keep my family of 5 warm whilst we wait for the switches and computer board to be delivered. Precision had my gas fireplace warming our home within 1/2 hour. He then asked if he can take a look at the furnace (no charge). Within minutes he had fixed my furnace! The very same furnace another big named company said I should spend $8000 to replace. He took off the hoses inside the furnace and cleaned the the build-up off with a paper clip. He figured what two techs couldn't do in over an hour and saved me thousands of dollars. I AM a customer for LIFE! You would be doing yourself a major disservice to call anybody else for your fireplace or furnace repair or replacement needs. Adam Hall"

"Son Jerry and Ben did the re-pipe. What a nightmare for them. My attic has a low pitch and all of my heating is in the ceiling. Of course it didn't help that the days they did it were in the 90+ temperature range. I do not know how they were able to crawl over all of the heating duct work. Both were very friendly and willing workers. I can not thank them enough for the great job and all of their hard work. Replaced all the valves in bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine and in house main water shut off."

"Great work, these guys know their business. I did not think it would go so quickly and "easily" (for me) but they re-piped my house in a day. That was 3 years ago, and it has held up great. They were on time, tidy, did what they promised and gave me plumbing I can be confident about. Now over the holidays we had a plumbing issue, a small leak in an old pipe out near the meter, and they came out today and repaired it, digging when its in the 30's outside. Now that I have new pipes stem to stern from Global plumbing I can rest easy. I so appreciate that they are plumbers I can rely on."
