Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. "Versatile took on a difficult job and did excellent work. I asked them to put up mosaic tiles 3/4" by 3/4' and blend the colors from floor to ceiling- about 9 1/2 feet. The color scheme was dark blue at the bottom to pale blue near the ceiling and required a total of 6 colors to be blended. I highly recommend them for specialty tile work."

"Mike came out and I showed him what I needed done: clean the hall carpets of 2 apartment buildings including 2 staircases in each and one apartment. He took measurements and filled out an estimate on the spot. He clearly explained the process and how the cleaning would be done. He gave me a date for the following week. I called a couple of days later asking if I could add another apartment to the job and he was very accommodating. He came out with 2 helpers and completed the work in about 5 hours. They did a fantastic job and the 2 year old carpets that had ground in dirt from daily tenant traffic look new again. I'm considering having them done every 6 months to increase the carpets longevity. If you're looking for great carpet cleaning at a reasonable price (I did get other estimates that were much higher), I strongly recommend Healthy Indoors Carpet Cleaning."

"They did a great job, however I agree that his responsiveness is lacking and he is very difficult to get ahold of. I know a few people who had negative experiences but for the price and his quality, I think he is worth it. Moreover, he painted my whole living room by himself in just 4 hours with 2 coats of paint and it came out great. You should know, when they mention 8' of wall, they count it from the ground up and not from the molding up. I was charged an extra $120 for an additional 4" of wall space which was not painted since it was covered by the molding. No big deal, but just be aware."
