When they came to assess the damage to my home, their primary focus seemed to be on scrutinizing my homeowner's insurance policy rather than the actual damage. It became clear that their quote was based on what they thought my insurance would cover, not on the actual scope of work needed. Not only was their approach opportunistic, but they also overcharged outrageously for the work. Their scare tactics made it seem like I had no other choice but to hire them, but in hindsight, I wish I had taken my time to get a second opinion. Their lack of transparency and professionalism was a major red flag that I regret overlooking. To make matters worse, after the job was completed, they refused to provide the promised pictures and detailed report. After their cleanup/demolition, their air samples along with personal air/surface tests I used to compare before & after remediation came back healthy/all in the green. Those tests were up to 6 times greater than normal limits prior. The local drywall contractor I lined up to close the walls/ceilings back up commended their work on the demolition and cleanup. I would recommend AllStates to anyone seeking these services in the central NJ area (or further).
