"There's really not that much I can say. The two men who arrived both put booties on, which was nice. One of the men ran a test for chlorine (found some) and to determine if I had hard water (I did). Normally I wouldn't have allowed two workers, since I've been burned in the past by theft. It's a common strategy for one worker to turn the water off and while you are watching the man who is doing the inspection and repair work the other is looking for items to hock. But these two seemed honest enough. After all was said and done the disposer was beyond repair -- something had "snapped." The disposer was relatively new so I wasn't about to purchase a new one. The man said he had never seen a disposer vibrate that way, but I had researched it online and it's not too uncommon. ???"

I wanted a hot water heater with heat pump that would be eligible for a $750 rebate thru Energize CT. Fred was not familiar with the program, but made a few calls to gather info, called me to discuss and then ordered the unit which was delivered later that day. Unit was installed next morning. Fred was great to deal with, communicated with me throughout the process & did a fantastic job. I even asked for a quote to install a sink in my basement. "We had a little issue - did not ask a lot of questions or do a visual inspection before snaking our shower drain - turns out we should not have done that due to this drum trap we had. Long story short ending up breaking a pipe - but it was all so old we needed to get it replaced anyway. I had to fight for what I thought was right, but at the end of the day they took care of the price and the situation. Overall this company is probably too expensive for their quality of services, but they were very kind and worked hard to fix this situation."
