"He took 3 weeks to get an appraisal to me after me calling him for updates and receiving a response of it will be emailed in a few days . Terrible customer service. He lost his camera or camera batteries? So no photos of the inside or out...which I specifically asked for. Awful experience from start to finish. His business cards are illegible, email outdated, and no professionalism whatsoever. He was rude in his email responses. Wouldn t recommend to anyone. Take your $450 to a real professional!"
