Viking was highly recommended by a party that just recently had used them. We contacted them, provided pictures of the problem, and were given a quote over the phone. First company who gave a quote from looking at the picture, we didn't have to pay extra for a trip charge. We scheduled repairs for the next day. Aaron called before scheduled time with ETA and was on time.  He was very informative, courteous and helpful. He constantly updated us throughout the repair cycle as to findings discovered once the wall was opened with options. Aaron has pride in his work and reputation. "I called on a Friday about a clogged toilet which we have had issues that seemed never ending from one toilet to next in both men and women’s stalls at our bar. Someone was out to us within a few hours and was able to find the issue with not only the one toilet, but what had been causing the ongoing problem for us, within an hour. The guy Nick that came out, explained it to us in a professional but simple way for us to understand and showed up prepared to work on spot!! I would love to say I’ll be calling them again, but the way our toilets are working, I’m not sure I’ll need to be calling again anytime soon😊 unless someone really does a number on one of the toilets! Highly recommended, great communication and the time efficiency blew me away, I have a hard time these days getting people to show up just for estimates on projects within a week let alone showing up day of call ready to work! "I made an appointment for a one-piece Kohler toilet removal and installation of a new Kohler Tresham toilet estimate initially, after getting an estimate from Angi for same quote for $194.00. "Eddie" came out and was very professional and highly skilled (had installed this toilet model many times) and shocked me with the price quote of $400! I negotiated and got an offer for $350 and proceeded with the install. It took this professional one hour to remove and install new toilet. He hauled away the old toilet as well. I would love to have "Eddie" as my plumber for everything but will not be doing business with this company in the future because of the exorbitant and unfair charges. It was explained to me that this was a specialty toilet but one piece toilets traditionally are less expensive labor wise to install."
