"The repair to my heating system was done perfectly. Sean was an amazing technician and got the repair done quickly and efficiently. Judah was quick to respond to my request to schedule the repair. I will definitely be calling this company again! Thanks!"

"I called Joey in the afternoon and he was able to arrive within 30 minutes. He repaired a leak and recharged the small heat pump in our pool house and completed preventative maintenance on the 4.5 and 3 ton units on the house. This included wash all the coils and going through the systems to make sure everything was in good working order. I wouldn't hesitate to call Joey again. He's very honestly and won't charge you an arm and leg."

"A lot on unexpected problems arising from the installation site itself there surmounted quickly. They met a tight deadline I had and the cost was very reasonable. Gladly would recommend"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"It was raining so he could only get an approximation of the AC System performance.

"I called Heat Defeat because my a/c stopped working and they showed up very fast and they were very friendly. Turned out I needed a new system and they had in changed out super quick and the price didn’t put me into shock. This is why I support smaller companies. 10/10!"

"The old system was shot. The coll was covered in pink insulation that it was sucking through it. I got three estimates and although theirs was not the lowest, I just had a good feeling about the service I would receive.  They evaluated what I needed, gave me 3 options.  They replaced the outside unit, reworked and moved the AC and heating unit in the  attic to provide more storage space. The previous installer had replaced the return air using some swimming pool siding, the unit was leaking more air in the attic then it was sending below.  They were professional, punctual, sent someone back to see if adjustments needed to be made.  The owner came and checked the work.  Then six weeks later, someone came back to see if I was happy with the work and to see if any adjustments needed to be made.  They are customer service to a tee."
