"arrived promptly for estimate appt.  when the job looked challenging the estimater called for backup and the owner arrived within minutes to give a second opinion.  job was completed later the SAME day, by a different worker.  that worker was conscientious and cleaned up after himself. seeing that there was a way to work with what was already there (saving me some money on parts), he  made a phone call to the owner and they adjusted the estimate accordingly and then did the work right away.  repairs worked well and garage door is functioning properly now.  solid work.
