Thank you for considering Appraisals By Silvana, providing residential real estate appraisal services in the Sacramento area for over 18 years. I appraise 1 to 4 unit residential properties, i.e. Single Family, Condo, Duplex, Triplex and Quadruplex. I maintain a Residential License in good standing with the State of California, and have a modest background and a working knowledge of most facets of residential construction. I have appraised all forms of residential property, from small tract homes to large, complex, one of a kind estates. Whatever your residential appraisal needs: family, estate, tax purposes, BK, planning to sell, etc., I will provide you with a professional attitude, the expertise that comes from experience, and a timely turn around. "I hired her because of the positive reviews I saw...but maybe they only post the positive ones! She did not measure the sq. footage herself but relied on "public records" which inaccurately listed my house as 1607 sq. ft. rather than 1075. Apparently these same public records listed my house in a different neighborhood, so she used comps from that neighborhood rather than those near my house. I tried to get her to correct these errors over a period of several months. I tried to get her to explain what public records she was using. Finally she said she had spent too much time on this and hung up on me! Very disappointed, have an appraisal that I paid for that is of no use!"

He evaluated the sterling silver set we had to sell and gave us what we felt was a very fair price. He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. One thing to keep in mind is that sterling silver sets are basically worth the price of the silver itself.
