"Art and his team repaired several sections of brick on my 1920s Tudor house (tuck pointing) and also re-built my lannon stone front stoop, which was starting to degrade and have stones pop up. From our initial call, Art was professional, got back to me very quickly, provided a detailed description of what needed to be done, and completed the work when he said he would. "We hired B&K Contractors based on a friend's referral. The quote and job were within our budget. The kitchen looks great. The cabinets were custom made. The granite countertops are beautiful. The communications between B, the installers, and the warehouse were good. Once we found a granite slab with the right dimensions and color, the installation was quick and professional. They removed the chimney, tore off the plaster down to the studs, repaired and refinished the floor, updated the electrical and plumbing, widened the door to the bedroom hallway. They also replaced the furnaces and water heaters for the upstair's and downstair's units of our duplex. This included re-venting all 4 units due to the chimney tear down. For the existing bathroom, they did a complete tear down to the studs, including removing a cast iron tub. They updated the plumbing and electrical, added a vent and fan, and built a beautiful walk in shower. The only problem was getting the floor tile. That was caused by low supply at the warehouse we ordered from and bad weather. Bahram is always available either in person, phone, or text. He's professional and willing to work with the homeowner. He's not afraid to ask for clarification or make a suggestion. We will use this company again for our addition."

"My brick home, built in 1948, was in need of some important and technical brick and stone replacement and repointing on chimney and garage. I asked a son-in-law, a contractor, which mason to call. He said "Holton is the class act. Just call them." I did, and didn't even compare bids, so can't answer whether or not they were middle in pricing or somewhat higher. Considering the work done and its quality, I believe I was given full value for the for the price I paid. My grandfather was a mason, as was his father, and grandfather taught me what makes for good brick and stonework. The work at my home was absolutely first class, and makes a significant difference both to the house's looks and its integrity. After seeing Holton's work, I'd never go anywhere else. I should say that care was taken of the garden and lawn, cleanup was very professional, and I was given just as much commentary as I asked for (which was a lot). I give Holton Brothers my highest recommendation."
