Mr. Khan bait and switched my parents on a job they hired him for and is currently holding over $16,000 of deposit money hostage for work he has not done. After inflating the price of the job from $30,000 to $150,000 for the simple replacement of a side wall, He claims he took out extra insurance for his workers of which he just produces normal insurance papers. He?s charging me a planning cost to put up a wall, which again has no receipts for. Tells me he has permits that I?ve never seen. Do not use this company. This man is a swindler and preys upon the elderly and will not get the job done. He is not to be trusted, and I am currently in litigation with him as he had assumed he only owed me a third of what we paid him for zero work done."

He came and looked at the kitchen and bathroom, he stated that he will do everything and that everything was included, he came me a place to go and place an order for cabinets and bathroom supplies, I went and then he came back to take measurements and then stated that I would have to buy everything myself, then I said no just do the bathroom and gave him a check for 30,000. He never sent the kitchen layout and when my family looked over the contract, he stated that he had to remove counter tops and there were none to remove and the work that he was going to do was not what he stated. He texted that he was going to call me back and never did."
