Although they did not arrive until 4:30, the service expert called me twice to update me of his status and the fact his prior service call was taking longer than expected and again to tell me he was enroute, both of which I appreciated. The service expert was very good and very informative about the repairs he made and the things I should be looking for in the future to properly maintain my home's AC unit."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"After purchasing the deal on Angie's List, Air America AC called right away to schedule service.  They provided a time that I could be home and provided a 1 hour window for  arrival. The tech, Nelson, called to let me know he was on his way.  He checked the inside part first and found the drainline had a small hole that would prevent the overflow sensor from working.  He said they should have fixed it on the installation of the unit. He patched it and "blew out" the line in case of debris. He was neat, clean and respectful and he explained what he was doing as he went.  He checked the outside.  The system was low on refrigerant.  2lbs of refrigerant was included in this deal, so I didn't have to pay extra. He gave me a heads up on two areas outside that are worn and may breakdown in the future. I chose not to repair them yet, but will use Air America AC when they are needed. He also described their yearly maintenance plan, which I may consider doing.
