"Fast, friendly, fair price. Customer service was great. Answered the phone almost immediately and came a couple of hours later. Faucet install was great."

"We sensed the need for a kitchen faucet replacement as our water pressure was gradually getting weaker and weaker over the course of a couple of months. Once it reached an unacceptable point, we hopped onto Angi looking for help. Sean Sewer and Drain Cleaning reached out in NO time (on Christmas night) and were clear communicators from beginning to end, helping us get a nice new faucet set up... highly recommend this team!"

"He's always done great work. You know he'll do the work right when he comes out to do repairs. He won't charge you a huge amount. I would recommend him. If you text him he's very prompt with responding back."

"Paul came over to inspect existing conditions and provide two options on replacement equipment. I chose to go with the Navien NCB-240E unit to replace both water heater and boiler since both were at or near the end of service life. Installation was scheduled for about 2 weeks later, and Paul's crew show up on time, and proceeded to make quick work of the demo, in a clean and safe manner. The new Navien unit hangs on a wall, and after spending the rest of the day repiping and rewiring, I was pleasantly surprised to see all the free space where my old units used to reside, and the extremely neat and compact installation now condensed in a small corner of my basement. Very please with the efficiency, cleanliness and professionalism of Paul's crew, and would definitely hire them again."

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.

"He came and diagnose the issues. He gave options to replace or keep it for few more year after servicing the tank. But I decided to replace the tank. He was very punctual and professional."

"The technician came during the window of time that I was told. He came wearing his mask! He repaired the water heater quickly, showed me the part that was replaced, and explained the purpose of the repaired part. I’m very satisfied."

"Excellent. Alan is personally approachable and therefore setting appointments and coordination of timing is very easy."

"Unfortunately my unit was on its last legs. Their efforts only extended its life a few more weeks. It was too expensive to repair."

"Everything went as expected and very well. We have had it for 5-7 years and I have no stains or scratches on it."
