They charge a high minimum just to show up, and then if they do work, there is no "blending" or credit given in the fee for service. Thus, you pay a high amount just for them to show up whether they do anything or not, then a minimum service fee that is relatively high. If you have a problem that is easy for them to solve and doesn't require any components o0r materials or time, you still end up paying more than $300 for them to address your small problem. In all other respects, they are great, but they are not a good value."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. At 10:30am, he was in my driveway. At 11:15am, everything was replaced, working better than ever. Along the way, he showed me how to shut the water off to the house quickly if I ever needed to again, and also found a small drip in our main line that he recommended I call the Water District about.
