Our house is heated with oil and I wanted an alternative clean heating source and could not be happier with this added system to our home. No more noisy window AC Units. These minisplits are so quiet as well as the outdoor unit. Jamie and Allan walked through our home measuring each room, wall to wall, ceiling to floor, providing location and unit size recommendations and did not over sell. They took the time to review the outside of our house and listened to my concerns for placement of outdoor duct work and unit location. I wanted to use a local contractor who would also be installing the product and would not use a third party contractor. Jamie took the time to come back after they where finished installing units when everyone was home to show us together how to use the remotes, how to clean filters, adjusting air flow and explain the proper use of the system.
