"Justin was hired to complete minor plumbing repairs totaling $360 paid via Cash App immediately. He was to return to repair one his mistakes as well as provide me a receipt for services that I paid that were completed. After several text messages and a couple of calls reaching out yo him, he did not respond to my text or calls. He never returned after payment.
