"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"We were in a rush situation to get our dryer repaired. Mark fit us in for the very next day after speaking to him. He arrived within the agreed time window. Our experience is that doesn't happen all of the time with many service providers or contractors. Not only did he make the repair quickly and efficiently, he took the time to check over the rest of the dryer and also checked all of the exhaust hose to make sure that it was clean. Last week I received a call from the owner of United Remodeling stating that although the deal date was long expired, he wanted to complete the work and offered to either Powerwash my home or clean all my windows at no additional cost.  But I had just sold my home and was in the process of relocating out of state and thanked him anyway for his unexpected and wonderful customer service. "Todd was recommended to me by a very particular friend.  She had used him for some finished carpentry and was very impressed with the quality of his work.  As she is hard to please, I knew that Todd was the right man for the job.  On his initial visit, Todd showed up to my house on time and we discussed what I was looking for in a deck. He took measurements, made notes and  e-mailed me an estimate within a few days.  I had gotten about 5 estimates, and his price was right in the middle.   I had wanted him to do the work during a particular time period, which he was willing and able to do.  Todd paid close attention to how I wanted my deck to look and to the materials I wanted used, and he went above and beyond to make it come out just how I had pictured it. It took him approximately 6 days from start to finish.  
His business card says he is "reliable, responsible, qualified & insured.  Has over 20 years of experience in the building trades."  I would also add he is a nice person, respectful, trustworthy and easy to work with.  He does General Construction, Home Repairs, and Kitchen Installations.  I love my new deck and would highly recommend Todd Forsythe.

"Called me back within 20 minutes of initial call and was here within 2 hours.  Work performed as needed and expected.   In the past he has replaced a washer, a dryer, a dishwasher and 3 toilets.  I use David for all my plumbing needs.  He is reasonably priced, punctual, polite, and extremely neat. Cleans up as he goes along.  I plan to have him replace a kitchen sink later this month.
