"The estimator was very knowledgeable and explained his products and services very well.  He provided a detailed plan and estimate.
The installation was done all in one day - including removal of the old counter top and the installation of the new counter top - and it was done on the pre-scheduled day.  Sears was excellent at accommodating our scheduling restrictions.  The new counter top looks nice and we are very happy with the result.
There were a few glitches - the garbage disposal leaked and needed service, and it was tough to get an updated estimate when we made a mid-stream change - but we were still very happy with the result.
Note that the Sears office that we dealt with is in Sharon Hill PA, not in Windsor Mill MA as listed by Angie's List, and the corporate headquarters is in Longwood FL.

Everything went very well. There were some delays due to weather, but that is understandable. "I had them for 2 or 3 years. It's an insurance that you pay $30.00 or $40.00 a month. If you have any problems, you call, and they send somebody out to do the work. They charge you monthly. No matter what the problem is, the guy that comes out charges you $60.00. Weather he has to replace you refrigerator or water heater or what ever, he only charges $60.00. If it's your refrigerator, that is what they work on. If it's heating and air conditioning, that is what they work on. I don't know where they get their list of people to do their work, but the people agreed to only charge $60.00. I guess they pay them something, I don't know. Over all it's comforting to know that you have somebody  you can make one phone call to for several different things that might be wrong. It's kind of warming to know that you have that kind of service to back you up."

We had an issue getting our siding to match after some storm damage.  Royale Crown took the claim over and worked with our insurance company, found a match for the siding, replaced a couple of windows and handled everything for us.  They made it effortless and got all the work done promptly to our satisfaction.  We literally didn't have to worry about a thing and only had to pay our deductible, which we knew we were responsible for.  They really did a great job.

"Scheduling the work with Integrity was easy as they were very accommodating to my schedule.  The roofers did a good job of installing the roof and the quality of the work appears to be good.  We have had rain since the roof was installed and have had no leaks.  The subcontractor that did the fascia came out ahead of time and matched the color of the fascia so everything matched after the job was done.  The size of my sky lights are no longer made but Integrity called the company that made the sky lights and had them custom make the size again.  This saved a log of work and expense around replacing the sky lights.  The person we worked with was David and he was very accommodating and pleasant to work with."
