Get matched with top central a/c service or repairers in South Hill, WA

"Overall, well. Initially, they wanted to schedule us out a month. Although we didn't need an immediate repair due to the hotter weather, we wanted to get the dead furnace fixed sooner than later. They scheduled us for about two weeks out, which was acceptable. A day or two later, they called and said they had a cancellation and could come out a few days later. They were right on time; prompt and efficient in completing the diagnosis and the repair. The cost was a bit higher than expected, but not unreasonable. (...Especially when compared to a recent automobile repair.)"

""Thermostat Repair" doesn't describe the service we needed. We have a large dehumidifier that needed significant maintenance and Rob got it all done in one trip. I would certainly recommend him. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional."

"Technician Carlos identified the issue and repaired it at a reasonable cost. He was prompt and explained the issue and the solution patiently over the phone."

"They are willing to repair the service items in our Furnace as opposed to "Upselling" us to a new furnace. Tech was great and gave us some shorcuts in operating our Thermostat. This is the company we will call for all our service needs on our furnace!"

"We were very pleased with the quick response, detailed information, professional and courteous staff at all levels. Our old furnace died in November on a Friday. Other businesses couldn't get anyone out to repair and replace it for 2-3 weeks. Ranger had it replaced on Monday for us. This week our electronic air filter quit working. Again we had a quick response with a simple fix at no charge. All of our questions were answered fully and information given about the latest models but with no pressure to buy. We will absolutely use Ranger again and refer our friends and family to them."

"They are a bit high on the price for labor and repairs. They do have great service though we had some scheduling mess-ups that was quickly resolved and they were able to come out later that day still. They were fast when it came to repairs and so far it is working. Would recommend it for people who have radiant heat issues. Very professional and very informative. They knew what they were doing."

"It went great. Jason(not sure if I have his name right) came out on time, looked at our furnace, and performed maintenance on it. We were relieved that nothing major was wrong. We will call Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning when we need to have maintenance done on our furnace in the future."

"I only hired them for the diagnostic portion. I would have had them make the repair but the technician didn't seem completely sure of his diagnosis, the price seemed a little high and they were not willing to refund my money if the diagnosis turned out to be wrong and they made an unnecessary repair. They would only diagnose again for free. I was not interested in paying for them to guess until the problem was resolved. All that said, they showed up quickly, diagnosed it quickly and for what I felt was a reasonable price."
