"CertaPro of Salt Lake did a great job on my Yalecrest residence. Originally constructed with wood siding in 1941, someone (sadly) elected to clad the exterior in aluminum probably sometime in the 1960’s. The siding was showing its age, as was the window trim. CertaPro of Salt Lake did an excellent job of bringing the exterior appearance back to life. Eric Denton, the estimator, was great to work with and quick to follow up with any questions or concerns. Lori Martin was very helpful in the color selection process. The painting crew supervisor, Ed, and his team were great also; polite, professional and they took pride in their work. I especially appreciate the care they took in not disturbing the plantings in the garden beds. Not all painting crews that I have worked with in the past are that considerate. Needless to say, I would happily contract with CertaPro of Salt Lake for any future painting needs."

"A CertaPro Painters representative arrived early in the week to measure our living room and entryway.  While at our home he was very polite, friendly, and professional.  He was able to answer all of our questions about the company and about the painting process.   In deciding upon color, style, and paint type, he helped by offering advice based on current trends.  The final bid was agreed upon and a contract was signed the following day. <br /> <br /> On Saturday, the representative met the painters at our home the EXACT time he said they would be there.  A team of three painters walked through the areas being painted, to insure that we were all on the same page with what we had requested.  Immediately they started taping off the stairs and covering the floors and furniture.  (We didn't have to move our furniture, by the way, the painters did it for us!!!!  The only prep we had to do was to remove decorations from the wall!!!)  Once the painters were well into their job, my husband and I left for a fun day to spend together. <br /> <br /> Mid afternoon we came back to find a well done job.  The paint was an exact match to what we requested.  Where the tan walls meet the white ceiling is flawless.  There isn't a single spot of paint where it's not supposed to be.  The painters did an excellent and thorough job cleaning up.  In fact, before we left they asked if they could clean up using our kitchen sink...reluctantly I said yes.  Upon inspection, the sink was left perfectly clean. <br /> <br /> We are very satisfied, very pleased, and would HIGHLY recommend CertaPro Painters."

"<p>This was the third restoration company that we used in our attempts to clean up the moldy mess in our bathroom (from an attic water leak). How we wish we had contacted them first!</p> <p>Nick Oliver was excellent when he came to assess the problem and give an estimate. He was a great listener as well as an excellent communicator of what needed to happen to make our home safe for our family. He took his time, looked at all angles of the problem, and e-mailed a line-by-line estimate to me that same afternoon. (Nick was also very good with my young children, who pestered him with stories and wanted his attention. Thank you!) </p> <p>Nick also accompanied the team to my house when they got started with the project. He gave them very clear directions about what needed to be done and was available to them by phone throughout the two long days that they worked here. The crew was also very patient with my children and worked around us very well. They set up containment barriers and did a great job of keeping the mold and asbestos in the areas where they were working. Countless bags of trash were hauled from the bathroom out my front door, but our living area remained quite clean, especially considering the major demolition happening in the next room. </p> <p>It took three men two long days to complete the job. The entire time, I heard only positive words between them - never cussing or complaining. They actually seemed to enjoy working together, which kept the atmosphere in my home pleasant. The crew supervisors on both days were great at communicating progress to me. Successes, as well as problems or areas of concern, were brought to my attention, which made me feel like they were working for me and not just around me. </p> <p>In the end, our bathroom was totally gutted and construction-ready. The mold was taken care of, and we didn't have to worry about asbestos dust as we moved forward with a DIY bathroom remodel. We absolutely would have hired AAA Restoration to complete the remodel, but we couldn't afford it. If we ever need a remodel or demolition job done in the future, AAA Restoration will be the first company we will contact. </p>"
