"I hired Doug Kissman at Kybrie Construction West to rebuild 2 wood decks, and rebuild a wooden entryway 2 years ago, and I am really pleased with how everything turned out, even with the wood product supply challenges left over from the tariffs on Canada, and supply chain issues due to the lingering effects of the pandemic. It was a challenging project due to the positioning of a large boulder near the house, and the need to tie the entryway into the exit from the garage under the house. I had approved plans, but it was tricky to make everything fit. Doug and his crew were great, and I am really pleased with the way the project turned out. The project passed inspection easily. Ben did two projects for us… a kitchen remodel and new foyer, and then a couple years later a bathroom, new closet, wood stove hearth and hardwood floors and paint throughout our downstairs. He is super detail oriented to the point of being almost OCD. Our projects turned out great and on budget. His bids were mid to higher priced but we went with him again because we know we can trust him and the job would be done correctly. Would definitely work with him again"

Although the manufacturer's installation instructions specify glue-down method (which was the original method we selected, and paid for in the end), Frederick pushed for floating floor installation. The website is very clear on glue-down only for these dimensions, but Frederick has not responded to any communication since December 20. Price of materials+delivery: $3,268.37+$300 Price of installation: $2842.45 Total paid to GC: $6410.82"
