"Great! The workers are very professional and punctual. They installed a tankless water heater. They cleaned everything up when they were done and then explained how it worked and how to maintain it throughout the years so it would work better. I highly recommend this company."

"Very grateful for such an easy and pleasant experience when I suddenly found my very old hot water heater leaking all over the basement floor on a Sunday evening. I did a quick panicked search and thankfully Arctic answered my call and put me at ease with a quote for a replacement and an install appt for first call the next morning. Adam K arrived on time, was very sweet & professional, and installed our new unit in under an hour. Will definitely use Arctic again!"

"Travis and Elvis were very professional on the phone. Travis provided detailed information and answered all of my questions to better help me understand between options when I was choosing a new water heater for my home. Travis provided me with a free estimate and stayed within the price range we agreed to when completing the job. The water heater was installed in a timely manner. I also received a follow up phone call to check how the water heater was working and if I had any questions which I appreciated. "We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."

"Robert Kula came out with helper Jason Valles to remove and replace my water heater. Not only did they arrive on time and clean up after themselves, they took the time to go over the new water heater shut off valve and alarm. They helped me install the app on my phone.
