"We had a hot water problem that was puzzling and super inconvenient. Matt from Tidal Plumbing came over - ostensibly to inspect and quote but instead he diagnosed the problem on the spot, explained patiently how it all works, and then instructed me how to get a warranty replacement for a part that I could self install. Tidal Plumbing folks were cheerful & polite, knowledgeable, and just plain happy to solve the problem. I wont go anywhere else for plumbing needs."

"Timing was of the essence as it was the Martin Luther King holiday coming up and the coldest day of the year so far. Arik came in on Thursday to evaluate the situation and quickly started making phone calls and getting measurements for the replacement unit. The unit was delivered on Saturday and customized ducks were created to fit the new unit. Arik arrive promptly on Sunday morning and in 4 hours he had the unit working. The thermostat was replaced and the units on-off switch needed some electrical work. Arik is very professional and quick to respond to text or phone call. The unit needed some adjustments which were done a week later. All is working fine. I highly recommend Arik as he is efficient and gets the job done."
