The explanation Matthew gave me was one that I have heard before about our water being so hard in Brooklyn Park. Several service providers have told us that and last year we had to have our water heater replaced for that exact reason. The water is so hard that it corrodes the plumbing equipment shortening the life span. Anyway, I was unable to pay right away so Erik came out on Friday to do the installation. Their plumber arrived during the scheduled time window, completed the project in a timely manner, and charged within the quoted estimate. An electronic invoice was sent a week later. Prepare to pay with a check as the company charges a fee for processing debit/card payments."

"I purchased a new shower faucet and cartridge for the repair. Donny told my wife and I to save on the new faucet and wait till we did some wall/tile repair if we were to remodel in the near future. Rather than following our first wishes he may have saved us around $400, or more by being honest and a good guy. We had the cartridge replaced for our Moen faucet. It operates very well and no drips (bad for the Cat though!). We had additional savings when we returned the faucet to Menards. The cartridge was about $36-$39. We have used Randy Lane several times (maybe 5-7 times) and were quite satisfied. They have been our plumber of choice for several years. This was our first plumbing work completed by Donny. Not our last for sure!"
