"Scot and his helper arrived on time on Tuesday morning. They worked very quietly and completed all the work by Tuesday afternoon. They installed two new sinks and toilet in one room and one sink and toilet in the other one. Their work was very neat, and they removed all old equipment, etc. i am very pleased with the work they did."

"This pro arrived to the job about an hour and a half early than scheduled time and gave his honest professional opinion on what my problem was regarding a leaky toilet. He also gave me the option to totally remove it it but based on his professional opinion, the project seemed to only require replacing a leaking water supply line which was less work to replace. I appreciated having the option for repair but trusted his professional opinion. To date, the repair appears to have remedied the leak. I wanted a hot water heater with heat pump that would be eligible for a $750 rebate thru Energize CT. Replace lavatory sink tail piece and lavatory sink stopper assembly I needed this done fairly quickly as the toilet was starting to drip water into a ceiling area below. The telephone staff who set up our appointment were great. Response time was short. Once the technician arrived, he was up front with pricing, so I knew what their price would be. I did postpone other less urgent work because of the price. The cost for these two items was almost $1000. Past experience with other plumbers would have been in the $700 range. However, TMS was available, and they were not If the price had been more in line, I will probably use them as my regular."
