"James was very professional and awesome to work with. He came on short notice and went over and beyond to get the job done. Works very efficiently and cleaned up after he was done. I would highly recommend him and in fact will ask him to come back to do another installation soon."

"The TVs and Surround Sound systems were properly installed, so the job was completed as requested. The Good: David and the crew were very punctual and hard working. They spent the whole day working on the project and everything was working when they left. They even made arrangements to come out on a Saturday (at no additional charge) to accommodate my schedule. The Bad: The attention to detail was lacking. For just over $1500 to install 2 TVs and surround-sound speakers, I would have expected everything to be pretty flawless. Small items like sloppy drywall patching (I had to sand and skim coat all of the patches), dirty hand prints on the newly painted walls, and one of the TV's being about .25" out of level took away from the overall satisfaction with the project. I also felt that they could have been more creative with routing the power cord and Coax for the fireplace - the racetrack conduit did not look good, and ultimately, my wife and I came up with a way to run the cables behind the hollow brick that looked much better. In summary, the work was average, but for the price, I would have appreciated a little better finished product with less work on my behalf."

"I had 11 ethernet lines run to various locations at my house. Charlie's team did an excellent job. This was a fairly big job that took the two techs two days to complete. The techs provided their recommendations on how to run the wires with very minimal damage to dry wall. I plan on using them again in a couple years when I decide to have surround sound speaker cables professionally installed in the main movie room."

"Navi was very patient and professional. He is very knowledgeable about technology and provides great customer service. He cleaned up cables and wires to make my home theatre system look professional, installed TV and TV mount. I will definitely hire him for my next audio visual project."

"I would hired this company again for all my home audio/video needs. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks, Roberto."

"I called Vultron to supply and install a security camera system for our house. Lashaun was very informative over the phone, and we set up the appointment for the installation. Lashaun arrived on time, and got right to work. We also had a substantial landscaping project underway, but Lashaun and his associate Thomas worked around the other workers that were at our house, breaking out the hard hats when tree branches came down near them. After the installation was complete, Lashaun walked my wife an I through the operation of the system until we were familiar with the process. A definite bonus. I am very impressed with the professional look of the camera system and the work done on the installation. There are no visible wires, and the fields of view capture all the entrances to our house. I would recommend Vultron Inc. to friends and family, and intend to call them again for any needs that we have in their areas of expertise."

"I can only echo the prior reviewers' remarks and do highly recommend AVS Metro! I purchased a Yamaha R-N803 receiver as an upgrade for my older Yamaha. I knew I'd never be able to figure out how to set it up, so I checked out Home Advisors and soon received a call from Cecilia at AVS--her customer service was excellent. Allan was booked until next week, and when I said to Cecilia it would be great to listen to music over this long weekend, she offered me a Friday evening service call--I took it! Allan was fantastic--he was courteous, patient, knowledgeable and provided me with excellent instructions on how to "navigate my new system." I thought he was only going to set up my stereo, but he turned my tv into surround sound! I'm an extremely happy customer and would not hesitate to utilize AVS service in the future!"

"The tv's were mounted to perfection with no wires showing and he also provided the wall mounts at an additional cost. One of my electrical sockets did not work and instead of shifting my tv to another area Derrick was able to fix the issue. The service was so great I called the next day to have more work completed. GREAT SERVICE !!!"

"It was installed as advertised"
