"Tess was exceptional. he replaced a leaking old water heater. When I made the call, he was on another job but since water was leaking he came later that evening to address the leakage. He was respectful and hardworking. He came on time and finished the job on time, the project was top notch. His price was very reasonable compared to others."

"Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. He did an excellent job and took his time. Mr. Rema also went to the local hardware store twice to pick up the material that was needed. The only reason I didn't give him an A was because he quoted me a price at the beginning and then went done on the price and then tried to go back up to the original quoted price. After talking with him he decided to keep the price at the lower amount that he quoted."

"Kap was great. He fully explained what needed to be done and gave me prices. He and his son came the next morning to begin work. They put the new water heater in and cleaned up everything. We noticed that my outside drain wasn't clearing water so he also snaked that while he was here. He was very professional, polite and organized. I would definitely call him for any future work."

"My water heater was leaking and I needed immediate replacement or repair. Earl called, showed up, diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. He was very professional and took pride in his work. After replacing and installing the water heater, he gave me training on what he installed. He hauled the defective water heater and cleaned after him.
