I will also say that I tend to have very high expectations. While I like to give out compliments when they are deserved, I find very few opportunities to do so when hiring different folks for my home improvement needs. They were not pushy towards recommending the most expensive system. They were engaged, and truly helped us finds package that best fit ALL of our needs. Donny is their manager, and is perhaps the most accessible person I have ever hired for a project. He responds to my emails immediately, even if it’s late at night or on the weekends. He does not work off of commission, and it shows! He’s a very honest person, and clearly enjoys his job. He goes WAY above and beyond in helping his clients. The installation crew was also fantastic. They were respectful, organized, and had exceptional attention to detail. It’s a very professional looking installation, and a major upgrade for us. I would recommend Tyler LLC without hesitation to anyone. They have a customer in me for life."

"Another plumber earlier had told us to order a replacement part (covered by warranty), which arrived; however, couldn't get him to return our call so called Schede to install the replacement part.   They came and quickly realized the replacement part ordered was not the correct one but said problem could be fixed without the replacement..  They fixed it and it has been fine since then.   They are not the least expensive, but the couple of times I have used them they have been reliable, responsive and professional.

"Ramon and his team did a great job installing my new boiler. I had a very old outdated setup and he replaced the boiler and piping no problem. My basement heating system never worked when we brought the house and he was able to make it work and the kids can now play in the finished side all year long. His attention to detail was great. He even reorganized the boiler system giving me more space in my basement which I didn’t even consider. Highly recommended."

"Repairman, Andrew, came and located the problem. The ignitor had burned out, so the burners would not light. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."

"The two gentlemen arrived on time. They were professional and courteous. I had been having a great deal of trouble with my dryer, so much so I was about to replace it. I had only had the venting out in a year before and it was all full of lint. The gentlemen cleaned out my dryer, the vent and also recommended the correct attachment outside so the bird or small animals didn't get into my vent hose. It has now been three months since my dryer vent cleaning and my dryer is working perfectly. I can dry a heavy load in 45-50 minutes. I do not need to put the 80 minutes max on the dryer. If you are thinking of getting a new dryer because yours is not working well and you have not had the dryer vent cleaned, call these guys. I recommend them highly and would use them again."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Not well as it should have, either with their organization or with the installations. Poor communications within their company meant they sent a crew here for a few hours not knowing what to do or equipped to do it. Had to reschedule for another date. Maybe they are fine with new fixtures in new homes, but we have an older house (1900) and wanted to install older fixtures to match. A few of these fixtures needed some basic, easy to obtain parts. One of the electricians in the crew knew what he was doing, but another was clearly uncomfortable with the older fixtures and ultimately unable to install two of them. They did honor their price quote, and show up on the date(s) they said, albeit a little late, and most of their work was OK. But communications with the company and some of the work did not inspire confidence."
