"Osden s was the 3rd plumber I called to assess a leaking hot water heater. The other 2 never returned my calls. Connor at Osden s called me back within 15 minutes, and after telling him about the issue and sending video evidence, it was determined that the hot water heater could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Connor came to my house at 7:30am the next morning, with a new hot water heater, and had it installed and working in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, even gave me some ideas about other upgrades I m interested in doing!"

"All the work was done in a timely manner. When we had issues with one of the windows and one of the screens it was repaired or replaced in a timely manner. The only criticism we have is that the workmen failed to cleaning up properly after the job was done. The old windows broke when being taken out and there was broken glass left on the ground under the window. Overall, the people were all very nice and easy to work with."
