During the project construction Vic patiently responded to questions from us (we’re DIY’ers, not professional builders) and offered/provided certifications to revisions we jointly agreed to. "The completed addition looks like it was part of the original building.  In addition, the quality of the building is substantially superior to that of the original construction - which had already been assessed by an independent expert as "very well-built."  The crew were professional and helpful, extremely hard-working.  As we became more familiar with them, it became obvious that they were craftsmen - not just builders.  They arrived early to work, worked hard all day and stayed late at night.  They were respectful of our property, taking pains to not adversely impact our existing structure or our landscape.  They made excellent suggestions that improved the quality of the architecture and the design.  They obviously had a lot of experience.  We felt comfortable having them on our property and around our belongings.  It is nice to have people present that are trustworthy.  As with any project of this scope, issues arose.  For example, the incoming water line was not where expected and it had to be relocated.  In each case of issue, workable solutions were proposed, priced out (if necessary), agreed upon and implemented.  Overall, the work site was kept tidy during the process.  Once complete, the area was left completely clean and free of debris.  I am <strong><em>very</em></strong> happy with the resulting structure."
