"I didn't have a real good experience with them. The guy came out and was cleaning the furnace and said the water heater is leaking, do you want me to order a new water heater for you? I said, oh, okay. We just have a 3 bedroom home. He ordered a 75 gallon, which is a huge thing. They brought this out and they could barely get it in here. I said, oh no, get this out of here, I'm not putting up with that. So they got that out and they put another one in. In Kentucky you have to have an inspector. Well, you have to have a pipe through our crawl space in case the water heater overflowed it would go outside. So they did some of that. Then they said, we'll be back. I thought when they said, "we'll be back" they meant today or tomorrow. They made me wait and wait and wait. So finally I called and the woman at the desk was the nastiest creature. She is yelling you have to make an appointment to have them come out. You know, it was just that kind of thing. I would just rather not have them out again.  I spent a lot on the water heater. They did come back and get the pipe out and finished. It seems to be working good. The water heater hasn't exploded."
