"Overall very good - came out quickly, completed repair the same day and also let me know about some additional issues they found that I was able to fix myself. The price seemed a little high but I don't have a lot to compare it to. I was just glad to get it fixed so quickly."

"Water supply line to house burst in the front yard, sending a geyser of water over two story house.  Single plumber from company arrived earlier than promised the next morning and quickly provided several options for solving problem: <br /> 1) Replace section of water line with break <br /> 2) Replace water line from water meter to break and add pressure regulator (our water pressure was over code-level). <br /> 3) Replace entire line and add pressure regulator. <br /> Originally chose option 2, but when line was unearthed was found to be sub-standard plastic line with several older patches. <br /> Entire line was replaced with copper and pressure regulator added.  <br /> During job, improperly repaired section of broken sewer line was found.  This section was replaced and clean-out valve added .  <br /> Plumber was knowledgeable, gave us several options and was frank about developments as the day went on.  He worked very hard all day to get our water and sewer back in working order, including digging the entire line by hand (trencher was not available) and getting the work inspected and the trench covered by the end of the day.  Very happy with the speed and quality of work.  20 year warranty included. <br /> Obviously not happy about having to spend this amount of money for a repair.  It is infuriating to pay to repair the substandard work that was apparently done or endorsed by the house's previous owner.  However, with no other estimate to compare this price to, I cannot knowledgeably comment on the price, so have marked it N/A.  With that qualification, the price does NOT seem excessive for quality, speed and amount of work done. <br /> <br /> <br />"
Septic Repairs
Holy cow!! We found it!
Almost looks like we didn't just install 400' of 4'' Storm Drainage to save the septic system from near total failure.

Sometimes excessive storm water can wreak havoc on a septic system and cause the system to break down prematurely.
The septic system was drowning, we suggested diverting the storm water to protect the septic tank & field lines. Problem Solved.

FAQs for drain line breakage camera locate projects in Spartanburg, SC

French drain repairs generally include cleaning to remove clogs or replacing damaged pipes. Drain cleaning costs between $150 and $200 per hour. If replacement is necessary, the cost to install a French drain can run up to $5,000, depending on its type and location.

Trenchless sewer replacement costs between $60 and $250 per foot but is usually not an option for interior plumbing lines. Plumbers typically only use this approach for outside sewer pipes.

Unless you can see a clog through a drain or cracked pipe under a sink, you may be unable to identify its location. To find the problem, your plumber may test your water pressure at specific points or use a sewer camera.

Common signs that a drain pipe requires repair include slowly draining water, backups, regular clogs, strange gurgling sounds, or foul odors from the drain. Also, contact a plumber if you can see rust or oxidation on a drain pipe under the sink or in the basement.

The cost to repair a sink drain pipe can be as low as $100, covering the cost of a plumber’s labor for one to two hours. If the pipe needs to be replaced or is difficult to access, costs could climb up to $500.
