Mark came to the home the same day and provided reasonably priced estimates for both scenarios. I chose to replace the unit. The entire job was completed within three days of my initial phone call. I was charged the estimated price, even though Mark and his crew had to do unexpected work because they found defective wiring that did not meet the current code requirements and also replace a defective thermostat. They needed to crawl under the house to install the new wire, and while there, they also inspected the vent & ducting, as well as evaluated the overall sub-floor condition within the crawl space. They reported that everything was in great condition. I highly recommend Williams Heating and Air."
