"The Customer Service was A+ from the beginning of my initial inquiry, until the end, when they were walking outside of my Home. they were also willing to install my Surround Sound System, which was outside of my initial quote, but we did not have the receiver needed and advised that they would be willing to come back out, if needed. Michael also provided us with additional recommendations for better quality brackets, as the brackets that I initially purchased, were not the proper standard for the size t.v.'s we had and they completed installing TWO T'V.'s on our walls (one within my office area and the 2nd within our livingroom), within a timely manner and made sure that all cable connections, along with my PS4 Game System was properly working before leaving for their next Job. We will Definitely use them again, once we're ready to have our t.v. installed in our bedroom and above the fireplace, within the near future! "I needed speaker wires run behind the walls to rear bookshelf speakers and a subwoofer. I thought for sure it would have required holes in the ceiling and walls to make these wiring runs. Tim was able to run these behind the walls, through very tight craw spaces in eves, through the attic and back down the walls to the speakers without any unsightly holes that would have needed dry wall repair.
