"Pipe burst on 18 Feb.  Called Tiger at approx 0730 and they had a team here before noon.  Danielle and her assistant provided us two quotes.  One for just repair and another for repair and preventative work (e.g. replacing old pipes/connectors).  We opted for repair and preventative.  Team was very professional and worked diligently to address the problem, however, when work was finished there was some dripping from one of the pipe connections and Danielle told us she would come back the next day to take care of it.   Company called the next day and said she wasn't going to be able to make it.  This happened for the next few days, before we were contacted by Josh (plumbing supervisor).  He came out and said he would make it right.  He gave us a date and time when he would be back to do so and showed up exactly when he said he would. He not only corrected the problem, but made some other modifications to make sure we were completely satisfied. We will definitely call Josh for our plumbing needs in the future.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"When we woke up this morning, the furnace wouldn't come on.  We called Bob Ondrey of Advanced Air-Heating & Cooling.  He was on another job, but responded quickly and came to our house the same day.  The problem was the ignitor.  We have had him before and will call him again whenever we have heating or cooling issues.  We have been totally satisfied every time we have had him. Highest recommendation.

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
