People tell me they always find mold inside your air duct, so they have to put a chemical. They call it a total cleaning as opposed to the regular cleaning which I paid for. When unboxing the coil, one side of the coil had a minor dent in it, and Justin took time to show me to give me the option of swapping it out at the dealer or getting the price discounted. He showed me the internals to verify the damage was cosmetic only on external sheet metal and secured me a sever hundred dollar discount from the dealer as my choice vs exchanging. I have nothing but good things to say about this contractor. He is fair, polite and interested in growing his business vs. taking advantage of his customers. If you are working an AC project, I would give Air Pro Services an opportunity to provide you a bid or do your repairs. You will be happy you did!!"
