"The manager takes time to explain the problems and the resolution. He trains his staff well. The staff is knowledgeable. The staff knew Tappan was made by Frigidaire. They explained how the burners were set up and how each burner/coil, self-clean and oven features operate. Mr. Appliance has excellent customer service. I had an appointment scheduled 2 days after I called the manager. His staff diagnosed and then when the part came in it was installed. The process took about 10 days from my call to the work being completed. I have used the repaired burner and my meal turned out perfect. The price I paid was fair. Within moments Tom had not only fixed the problem, but threw in a couple other "quick tips and repairs" to boot! He charged me less than what he'd quoted and off he went...a few moments later, Tom called to say he wanted to check one more thing "just to be sure I could do laundry later with no problems" (Gee thanks Tom! - kidding!!) Anyway he came back and it was clear to me: Tom cares that his work is thorough and that his customers are satisfied. I hope my washer never floods again but if it does Tom is the only repairman I will call. "J&M Custom provided an estimate with a very detailed description of the scope of work to be performed.  All work was satisfactory completed per the contract.  James Blom was great to work with.  He scheduled his work around my schedule. I'll note that I had complete trust in James; I had no problem letting him work while my wife and I were not home, something I ordinarily wouldn't allow.  There was additional work that needed to be done, such as repairing several sections of HVAC duct.  The cost of the change order was very reasonable.  James' work truck is a hardware store on wheels!  Once he's on the job site, he doesn't have to leave to pick up materials.  I feel fortunate to have discovered J&M Custom Construction.  They have my highest recommendation and I'll definitely be working with them again in the future."

They completed the job in less than one day and even hauled the old unit away. When the initial inspection of the unit was completed, the technician discussed all of the possibilities with the repair. He was honest with me and suggested replacing the unit and the furnace as well while he was there. I like that when he gave me the estimate, both the technician and I signed it. "Frank was very responsive and came out the next day to repair my washer. He was very talented and able to fix the issue very fast. My only complaint is that I didnâ t want to pay $200 for a broken lock component however I understand it was a very tedious job that requires skill.
