"The manager takes time to explain the problems and the resolution. He trains his staff well. The staff is knowledgeable. The staff knew Tappan was made by Frigidaire. They explained how the burners were set up and how each burner/coil, self-clean and oven features operate. Mr. Appliance has excellent customer service. I had an appointment scheduled 2 days after I called the manager. His staff diagnosed and then when the part came in it was installed. The process took about 10 days from my call to the work being completed. I have used the repaired burner and my meal turned out perfect. The price I paid was fair. "All I can really say is WOW. Tom is awesome, and he fixed my dryer within 2 hours of my initial call. My dryer was making this really loud squeak/whistle sound and it was getting worse.
