"The service provided by AES was fantastic. they were very responsive and arrived on time. the service thy provided was very through and once they diagnosed the problem with my Heating unit they walked me through all the options and cost with me. They located the part I needed for the repair that same day and came back out the next day to install it. they again arrived on time and even when they discovered another part that was damaged outside of the initial estimate they went back to the shop to get it and installed it free of charge. after all repairs were made they a gained tested the unit and everything ran great. Although he was not the least expensive, he demonstrated a sense of trust. He arrived on time for the estimate and gave me a call when he was 30 minutes out. For the installation, he called 30 minutes ahead and arrived right on time. He used shoe covers when he entered the house and was mindful of our privacy. He finished the installation exactly as we agreed in the estimate, and I was very pleased with the results. "We called DoneRite after the water heater replacement company fiddled with the Town’s water supply end and somehow caused a blockage that shut off water supply coming into our house. Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. They were courteous in their interactions and also said that if their solution did not work then they would not charge us. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work. Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people. Willis suggested a replacement for our main water valve (which was very old and stuck), and also got our water supply back quickly. They also ensured that they had our new water heater turned on and running before leaving. We will not hesitate to contact Willis for any of our plumbing needs."
