"Called the original installers from 12 years ago but they weren’t very responsive. Ray Page responded with same day service and worked with my schedule. They sent text alerts with picture of Scott. Scott has been to my house before to fix Kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Very professional and nice. This time, he did the big job, replaced the water heater and cleaned up as well. Very reliable service."

"If Fred cannot repair it, no one can. He identified the problem, which was right in front of us, and we could not. Part was unavailable from manufacturer, but he found a way to find same part but better built than the original. Would definitely hire again. "Call The Bee came out to me and gave me a quote of $3,800 just to get my boiler working again. Recommend I actually upgrade to their $4,200 package for a new auto Feeder and valve for my hot water baseboards. Roy came out and gave me a very fair price to replace the actual problem, my circuit panel. It has been a week since and it's working great. the big name pro that gave me a song and dance on how they're the best in the industry, misdiagnosed my boiler issue and would have charged me 10x more for a job that wouldn't have fixed the problem. I highly recommend BSW"
