"The knob for my hose would not turn off the water for some time and I kept deprioritizing it, until one morning, water was spraying from before my hose (so aggressively) that we thought it was raining. We spent a day turning the water main on and off before I reached out to plumbing contractors on Angi for help to get this under control. The week of Thanksgiving seemed like a long shot, but whenever somebody could make it out. Within two minutes of submitting my request, I received a phone call from Spiro's and was informed that they could be out the same day in the evening. He arrived when he said he would and was entirely prepared for the issue I reported - and then some, because the inside nozzle was leaking and in need of replacement as well. About an hour later, the inside and outside units were both replaced. He took the time to explain what he was doing every step of the way, why he was doing it, why it was needed, and still got work completed in about an hour."

"If Fred cannot repair it, no one can. He identified the problem, which was right in front of us, and we could not. Part was unavailable from manufacturer, but he found a way to find same part but better built than the original. Would definitely hire again. "Went very well. Very happy with the results. Both AJ and his partner were friendly, helpful, professional and responsive to questions as were the men who worked on the job. The work was repeatedly delayed due to rain which we fully understood (and they repeatedly said they appreciated that we understood). Hard to run heavy equipment and build a wall in the rain due to the yard turning into a mud pond and I am sure that ours was not the only job that was delayed. Despite that, we had a deadline we needed to keep and they met it with time to spare. There were also careful to dig up and set aside plants which we were able to replant elsewhere (and they are thriving). Promised to come back and reseed any bare spots later. I have full confidence they will. Original quote was $10k for an 8x8 PT wall. However they were unable to find 8x8 at the local distributors. Suggested using 6x6 and, without my having to say anything, reduced the price by $700. Furthermore, I offered to pay the full price anyway since they did extra work but they said it was not necessary. Now that is amazing!

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"They came out to do my gutters. Unfortunately, by the time they got here the gutters were frozen. They tried to come back a week or so ago and the gutters were still frozen. They are going to come back later but, so far so good. They were able to do the front gutters because those had got the sun. The rear of the house is shady side and so they were still frozen. I gave them a B because it took them longer to get here. I think they positioned themselves that they had to deal with frozen stuff, that's probably because they were busy. They will take of me and so, I am fine. It was a very good price. They were here when they said they would be here."
