Even though the system is operating fine, and another company last year said everything was OK, they recommended replacing two parts for a total of about $450. This doesn't make sense since the furnace is working fine and we have a home warranty. Overall this seemed like a heavy marketing call to sell $32 worth of parts at high markup in case they failed. My daughter had to go to Home Depot and purchase a new toilet, without any advice from the plumber on which one to get because he would not return her calls. Earlier this year, we had an excellent experience with Plumbing Masters ...then followed by a bad experience SOLELY because of one of their on-the-job employees.

But I say to everyone, one employee is not necessarily indicative of a quality company (...and we all know, at least, one employee at our job that is not so great).

I told Plumbing Masters about our negative experience with the employee. In that case, Plumbing Masters made it right with us – went above & beyond to make it right. To that, I say "Bravo Plumbing Masters for being an honorable company. Bravo for making it right with us".
