"Bottom line is it took 3 service calls to get the job done properly.  The first tech did not know what he was doing.  The new fan motor was wired incorrectly and it stopped working in less than a day.  The second call produced similar results.  When I called for a third time they told me that the tech had turned in his tools and quit.  Kudos for honesty.  They did find a supervisor who had to drive over an hour but still arrived by mid-day.  This guy knew what he was doing, admitted that the wiring was done incorrectly, and made everything right.  I could have done without the added wear and tear on the compressor from a bad fan motor.  In they end they owned up to their mistakes and made it right (with no extra charge of course).  I would use them again."
