"Our water heater finally gave out on us last night. I contacted hone advisors and was paired with Niko. He promptly called me immediately. I sent over pictures of my water heater. He quoted me a price for the new water heater including labor. He advised that he would remove the old water heater. We set up an appointment for the next morning (this morning). He called me Ianâ s gave me an arrival time. He was spot in. Niko and Dori were very professional. They started working immediately. Once they were done he advised how long it would take for the water to heat back up. I paid the price he quoted me. A few hours later he called to make sure we had hot water. My overall experience was 5 stars. It went so smooth. I wish everything in life was this simple. I would definitely recommend them."
