"Donna and Jeff (owners) were hands on supervisors. They both patiently answered lots of questions and provided recommendations and resources out of their scope of business. I felt confident that Jeff and Donna knew their business well and that my best interests were being well served. I feel confident that they will respond quickly to any questions that I may have in the future regarding this project. I would recommend them without any reservation. "After any number of calls and messages, including a long email via the Angieslist system we finally made contact.
The company showed up and after providing a reasonable quote to do the carpets, my tenant asked about cleaning the tile in the house, and the price that was quoted was absolutely outrageous. My tenant did not know any better and paid the nearly $600 to clean 1000sq ft of tiling.
By the time this company had left the house we had paid over $1000.00 for cleaning services.
Absolutely outrageous and will never use again."
