After they came out and determined the problem, I received a quote from Dave that night and prompt answers to questions via email. We've had the same plumber, Taylor, for most of our service and really like him. They did a quality job replacing my water line. U should have listened when they recommended replacing vs repair a few years ago and it would have save me some bucks. A few days after they left, I discovered my irrigation was off. The came back out the next day after I called and realized there was a connection problem and quickly rectified.
