Once they responded, they were apologetic and realized that the account was under my husbands name only and getting an email from me threw them off. They added my name to the account immediately and they came over to our house next day to examine the unit! Very pleased with the service received."

"Ranger did a great job. The estimators were friendly and thorough, the installers and team we encountered were all respectful and hard working. There was a problem with the electronics in the thermostat from the factory, they worked late and had to bring a new thermostat the next day, but the new one works perfectly. We will hire again for any other HVAC needs. We chose a higher quality AC unit and are glad we went with a quieter model, the unit is so quiet in the backyard."

Before they left they explained how take care of the filters and the thermostat. It was not the cheapest bid but I have been dealing with this company for many years and felt comfortable going with them. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new furnace or heat pump."

"Replace old broken aluminum windows and patio doors in a house built in the 1980s. Worked with Greg Serna(sales), John Lewis(Installation Lead) and Randy(Lead installer). I liked that Greg's sales presentation was informative and no pressure and listened to what I wanted. I had 5 companies coming out to do the bid and choose Washington Energy partially because how Greg represented his company. Greg has also been responsive and communicative throughout the process when I have questions/issues. From signing the contract to the actual installation date took about 3 month; it was more than the 6 to 8 weeks window I was told. Contract was signed in late April and installation didn't happen until late July. I think Summer is just a busy time for them and I understand so it's not a big deal. Overall, I am happy with the installation process. Randy and his crew were professional and overall did a good job. They sent couple more folks out on day 2 and day 3 of installation period to make sure the job gets done on time as promised to me. I did notice couple issues after installation that I have filed a ticket with Washington Energy Service. They responded and said they ordered the parts and will come out and address them at same time. It does take them awhile to get the parts; it has been a month. Hopefully, they'll be able to come out and address those issues soon. The replacement windows are vinyl and I do notice a huge difference in insulation. The only feedback I have on those windows is the manufacture could improve on those screens. They get bend out of alignment pretty easily. The installer had to fix a few of them. I also wish the mechanism to open/close the patio screen door is more user friendly or easier to use. Overall, I am still happy with these windows."

"They installed the product faster than expected and were very professional. I noticed after they left that my backyard was actually CLEANER. They took the time to actually pick up some empty water bottles and trash that a previous work crew had carelessly left in the yard. When they had to move items in my garage they were carefully moved and actually organized better on the opposite wall. I asked that they leave them there. The unit is working great and I am amazed at the gallons of humidity it has removed from my home. I compare this to another big name company that I used to install air conditioning in my previous home. I went with the price and the big name. But I have learned that in central air it is really the installation that matters. My previous unit failed inspection and they had to come out and fix problems. When the fan came on there was a big 'bang' from the plenum over the furnace bulging out. They had not allowed a large enough air opening to get to the furnace so there was a whistling sound. Sure, it cooled the house but you really knew when it came on. I highly recommend Mercurio's for their installation work especially."

"Scheduling was easy enough, but office contact did not seem all that knowledgeable. Technician arrived within agreed upon service window. Similar to others' experiences, base duct cleaning went well enough, but felt uncomfortable when they tried to upsell me to a 'deep clean' of my furnace."
