"I needed to replace an old townhouse roof damaged by high winds. My experience with Roofing & More from my first contact with Marie was outstanding. Dwayne came a few days later and provided an estimate, complete explanation of roofing options and company polices, the insurance, license, pamphlets and documents. He also had a crew come out, the next morning, to put up some tarps. Angie keep me completely up-to-date on the project and scheduling, I was never left in the dark wondering about what was happening. Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. On the day the work was performed the amazing hard working crew, led by Armando, worked as prescission drill team, continuously non-stop. They completely cleaned up all material that floated onto my neighbors areas. I did not find any debris that was overlooked. I was so impressed with Roofing & More that I have other projects for them."

"I got my windows from them and the price was high but the process was painless, I figured why not I'll get gutters from them too. Sales guy came out and have me a quote, said the tentative install date was in a week but I'd get a call to confirm the day before. Well, I didn't. I called the company the day after, left a voicemail with the head of gutter installs (found out later that guy had left but no one updated the number). Call my sales rep. He says he'll figure it out and call me back. He does not. This was Friday so I give it the weekend, call back Tuesday and leave another voicemail. No luck. Thursday I call and get through to someone who says they are taking over for the guy whose phone I've been calling, promises to schedule the install next week and he'll call me back the next day with details. Big surprise, he does not. The next week I wait until Thursday before getting fed up. This time my boyfriend calls and they say they'll schedule someone two weeks later. Horay. A date. Well, guess what? That's today. I take off work. No workmen. 2pm I get a call from someone saying they are calling about my address for the install next week. Are you kidding me? They do not have their collective act together, cannot stick to a date, and are seemingly incapable of calling you back when you actually want them to. This is awful. At this point I have no faith I will get my gutters or just get jerked around another couple of weeks and told it'll be another month before someone can do the install. Rating a D because they did do well with the windows. So it seems they are very hit or miss and their different departments are run very inconsistently from what I can see. The crew did arrive and were very friendly and responsive. There was some unexpected damage but they were able to fix it and complete the install quickly. I'm happy with the professionalism of the install team. Additionally, the company did contact me and said they were reviewing their communication strategy to make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen again. The person on the phone was very apologetic. I'm still not sure if I'll return as a customer but it seems like they are sincerely trying to fix the communication problem."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Jorge, Jorge Jr. and their crew are a VERY professional outfit. After taking several estimates from the top-rated Angie's listed contractors in my area, I decided to go with George's Painting based not only on price(his estimate was about the median of all) but based on the very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable Jorge. He came onsite to do the estimate, and made me feel very confident in his crew's ability to do the job.
He impressed me with his knowledge of the process of cleaning and staining fences and decks.  Every question I had for him, he patiently answered. His group also did some minor carpentry work--replacing damaged fence boards and 4x4 deck posts-- Both performed to perfection. Jorge also stood out by mentioning that he preferred to use premium products so the job would last.
His crew was onsite promptly when promised (8:30 meant 8:30, not sometime around 10) Each crew member was courteous and professional. They worked quickly and did an excellent job.
Any time I had to contact Jorge (as we were working on the final scope of work, etc..) he responded in a VERY timely manner.
The end product is the BEST looking back yard in my town-home area.

"Everything went excellent.  The estimator came out to my house and arrived right when he said he would.  He took a quick stroll around the house and measured the windows.  He gave me a quick pitch on the quality of the windows and then the price.  There wasn't any games or trying to up sell me on silly things like some of the other vendors.  Later that week the installers came out and did a much more through measurement of the windows and told me the job would take about six hours to complete. 
A couple weeks later I was called to say the windows had arrived and I scheduled them to come out later that week.  The installers arrived on time and went straight to work.  One thing I will say is the installers do A LOT of work.  I was a little worried through the process they were going to leave things unfinished, but they took care of everything before telling me they were finished.  As you are going through the process, keep the faith, it will all get finished.  They finished in about six and half hours, which is because one original window was installed improperly and they had a little extra work on it. 
I would not hesitate to recommend Supreme Window and Door to any of my neighbours, friends or family. 
On a side note, the first guy that came out to my house suggested that I get a triple pane window in what will be the nursery.  I decided to trust him and it was a great decision.  After the new window was installed I looked out it behind my house and saw some of the neighbourhood kids playing in the backyard.  It took me a second to realize I couldn't hear them!  The extra pane really cut down on the sound and I'm very glad he talked me into it.

"I'm sure glad that I found Pro Builders Art and Construction, and the owner of the company Nelson.  If you're looking for a company that will work with you in your project, take the time to work out the details, offer great ideas, and do the job right... Nelson is the professional to call.  It's hard to believe that we first contacted Nelson during Spring of 2011, and we are just now wrapping things up.  I travel frequently for work, and it just took us that long to get the scope of work we wanted accomplished hammered out.  Nelson spent the time and effort few others would have in the home improvement industry to work with us on the project and schedule.  

When we purchased our home a few years ago, it wasn't long till we found out the basement had major water issues.  Everything had to be torn out, and our first project was getting the water issues under control.  Soon after the waterproofing professionals finished their work, we start looking into getting the basement finished.  We had a number of estimates completed, but Nelson's was one of the most reasonable and comprehensive.  In addition to visiting our home a number of times before we decided on the course we wanted to take, he provided an electrician to inspect and repair a few items left unfinished by a previous contractor.

Once we were ready to begin, and Nelson scheduled work at our home, work progressed like clockwork.  Nelson and his crews were on time every morning until the job was completed, and Nelson communicated with us every step of the way.  While work was being completed on what we agreed (bathroom and laundry), my wife and I decided to have Pro Builders finish the entire basement.  My wife and I are extremely happy with the work completed by Nelson, and Nelson's professionalism, expert skills, and his ability to communicate with us every step of the way.
