"Albert and his colleague arrived within an hour of my call to address a non-functioning AC. Albert provided quotes to repair the existing system, as well as for two replacement options. The system was 22 years old and had been having problems off and on for several years, so we opted for the mid-level replacement. The install was completed within two days of making the decision to replace and signing the contract. Albert performed a temporary fix to get the system working while we awaited the install, which our family really appreciated. When I told Albert I would wait to make a decision while I got estimates from other companies, he was understanding and there was no pressure. The system is working well, all interactions with the Magna Tech team were highly professional, and both technicians we interacted with were courteous and friendly. Magna Tech will be our heating and cooling choice from now on."
